To be successful in this role you need to have a deep understanding of what it means to work in a scaling tech environment - and how to scale Learning in a fast past, evolving environment
Business acumen & autonomy - we need someone who can connect learning strategies to business objectives. In other words, you’ll need to be hands on, driving some of the programs on your own.
Strong judgement and decision making - you will have the ability to build credible relationships quickly through excellent judgement and decision making skills.
Communication skills - You'll be the one communicating HR policies and Learning initiatives to the whole organisation, so we need someone who can explain complex ideas in a clear and concise way, both in written content as well as during training and jam sessions.
Project management skills - the learning team is always working on something, so we need someone who can juggle multiple projects and keep them on track.
You have a natural passion for social impact and creating positive change.
