Your Opportunity
The Planning & Analysis domain is essential for empowering the organization with accurate forecasts and driving proactive decision-making that is aligned with top-line growth targets.
This role is fundamental in bridging the gap between long-term strategy and daily decision-making, delivering a cohesive approach to sustainable revenue growth across all Go-To-Market domains.
You will be a trusted business partner to stakeholders within Mollie’s GTM domains, supporting them in resource allocation decisions.
What you’ll be doing
Drive accurate six-quarter rolling forecasts, merging strategic and tactical elements, providing proactive guidance for stakeholders’ decision making and ensuring Mollie is on track towards the target.
Collaborate with data science to implement machine learning models, enhancing budget accuracy and forecasting processes.
Act as a sparring partner to the Management Team and GTM domain leads in decision-making and resource allocation around a broad range of commercial topics.
Use technology and data visualization tools to ensure that our reporting is timely and accurate without requiring extensive manual efforts.
Deliver forecasting for new products, reflecting their potential impact on top line revenue growth.
Provide a unified view of unit economics, measure high-level sales and marketing performance, driving structured business decisions.
Assist in developing a holistic framework and processes for revenue assurance, ensuring correct pricing, managing partner commissions, and safeguarding bottom-line profitability.
What you'll bring
You have 3+ years of experience within a high growth technology company (fintech preferred), consulting or banking. Your academic background is in either a quantitative or a business field.
You have experience working with a range of tools and techniques around data modeling and visualization having worked with such tools as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio.
You feel at ease working with complex Excel or Google Sheets models and feel comfortable taking ownership of building and maintaining one.
You are action-oriented by nature, you consistently provide the "so what" in your analysis, steering the decision-making process.
You understand key commercial concepts that are relevant to Mollie and are able to tie your data insights to the business logic.
You stay cool under pressure, able to meet the deadlines while maintaining high quality of deliverables.
Precision is your trademark; you're the one who double-checks that email before hitting send.
You love being part of a team and feel strongly about the quality of the team's joint output.
You are great at presenting complex insights in a simplified form, sharing recommendations with stakeholders of all levels.

Commercial Planning & Analysis sits within the Planning & Analysis domain reporting directly to the CFO. Our core mission is to “Accelerate top line growth and profitability, helping make the best resourcing decisions across all our Go-To-Market activities“.
This dynamic team is designed to collaborate closely with GTM domains driving business decisions through insights. Additionally, our collaboration extends to other teams within the Planning & Analysis domain, including Corporate FP&A and Domains Planning & Analysis teams. Through these collaborative efforts, we aim to create an environment that leverages diverse expertise to drive achievement of overarching business objectives.
