As People Operations Generalist, you are responsible for providing first-line People support to the Mollies within your business area across the various locations Mollie is operating in: The Netherlands (HQ), Belgium, France, Germany, The UK, Portugal and Italy. In general you make sure all People processes run smoothly now and in the future and that our employees have an outstanding experience!
You will also play a key role in administering and communicating employee benefit programs, resolving benefit-related issues and collaborating with the Rewards team in designing a great benefits plan. Our ideal candidate has an eye for detail and accuracy, you are proactive and stress resistant while working in a high pace environment with a new challenge popping up every day.
What you’ll be doing
Being the first point of contact for Mollies in your business area for onboarding, people changes and offboarding.
People Benefits. Support the administration of all of Mollies benefits tools and systems (in all countries), such as wellbeing platforms, health benefits and pension providers. Process changes and adjustments to employee records and subscriptions and ensure all records are accurate for payroll processing.
People Ops processes. Ensure that all our operational People processes run smoothly now and in the future. Also you make sure that our Mollies get their People documents and you proactively seek for updates and improvements once the situation or the law requires this.
People Data. Make sure our HRIS (HiBob) and other People systems are up to date with accurate data. You will be responsible for an appropriate use of the system by the Mollies within your department as well as making sure Mollies follow the right processes.
People Projects. You will support the Head of People Operations and other People Leads (Business Partners, Reward Specialist, Systems on Employee related projects and improvement initiatives e.g. improve the Global onboarding and offboarding and set up a global family leave process together with the HR Partners.
People Policies. You will ensure all People policies and processes are up to date and available on various online communication tools within Mollie.
Mobility. You will be advising and assisting international Mollies with 30% rulings, VISA and immigration topics together with our external Mobility partner.
Payroll. You will be responsible for preparing the monthly global payroll for your business area and partner up with our Payroll team. Making sure all data in our HRIS is correct, contracts are signed and people are updated correctly.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the table that can further strengthen our people operations function.
What you have
You have at least 2+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience with administering benefits across different providers and countries
You have a HBO/Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline
Strong admin skills, the ability to keep a clear overview and meet tight deadlines
Experience with mobility and relocating people within the EU
Experience working in a fast paced scale up and feeling comfortable with ambiguity
You have excellent communication skills in English
Knowledge of Dutch labor law is required, other European countries is a plus
