We are adding a Director-level Product Management role to oversee the product vision and strategy for supporting the collaborative workflow of teams from idea to reality as they transform business processes. The right candidate will have a passion for delivering delightful user experiences, domain expertise in process transformation, and a track-record of moving business metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers
• Work with internal partners (UX, Engineering, Marketing, Sales) to set and execute strategic initiatives
• Become an expert in our customers, their motivations, goals, and needs
• Become a thought leader and evangelist for Lucid’s visual productivity solutions
• Deliver on key business outcomes measured by top level business metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in product management at great product companies (ideally, great B2C and B2B product companies)
• Experience leading product managers
• Experience leading process transformation
• Track record of improving business metrics and metrics that measure user experience
• Deep understanding of the application of quantitative and qualitative methodologies to drive decisions
• Deep testing expertise
• Great design sense
• Proven ability to create and build momentum for product and business strategy

Preferred Qualifications:

• High expertise in visual collaboration
• Experience in process engineering
• Lean, Six Sigma, or similar training and certification
