Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new enterprise clients for Hotmart
  • Conduct complex commercial negotiations with consultative approach
  • Execute onboarding for high-complexity clients
  • Manage and develop strategic account portfolio (Account Management)
  • Perform business assessments to identify opportunities
  • Lead and manage commercial teams
  • Develop strategies for revenue growth

Essential Qualifications:

  • Based in Mexico City working under a hybrid model going 3 days per week to the office;
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Development, Sales Manager, Hunting Manager, or equivalent sales roles;
  • Fluent in Spanish, with advanced conversational English (B2+) Required, non-negotiable;
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
  • Demonstrated ability to build and expand professional networks within the industry;
  • Strong ability to build and grow your network within the industry;
  • Proven track record of successful negotiation and selling techniques;
  • analytical and data-driven in sales, along with the ability to conduct market research and translate insights into effective strategies;
  • Self-starter and proactive mindset, with a hands-on attitude;

It will be a plus if you:

  • Have experience in Big Tech companies (Amazon, Google, Meta, Uber)
  • Know the startup and e-commerce market
  • Demonstrate ability to simultaneously manage clients, teams and stakeholders
  • Have Business Development background
