We are looking for a creative professional passionate about Brand & Social Media Marketing, interested in constantly learning as this area evolves with new technologies and tools.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing Branding and Social Media Marketing strategies to strengthen our presence in the Spanish market. Your main objective will be to grow the brand and its audience, fostering brand reach and user engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Propose and develop actions to strengthen and develop Hotmart's brand and/or business.
- Develop the brand's content strategy to boost engagement and reach new audiences.
- Plan, build, and manage our social media profiles.
- Develop and regularly analyze social media campaigns on our channels.
- Define influencer marketing strategies for each stage of the acquisition funnel.
- Develop and execute branding campaigns with influencers, including monitoring their contracts and maximizing their relationship with the brand.
- Establish, monitor, and analyze the results obtained in order to propose improvements to the strategies.
- Generate reports to track KPIs.
- Identify and propose creative opportunities for our channels.
- Work with other areas to help promote content that educates and entertains our audience.
- Liaise with external agencies and suppliers.
- Support the various routines and tasks of the area.
Explore new ways to engage new social networks to reach our audiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, developing Branding and Social Media Marketing strategies and leading project execution (with at least 3 years in intermediate or senior positions).
- Be an excellent communicator and creative, with the ability to make agile and accurate decisions based on data and results analysis.
- Knowledge in Copywriting and Content Marketing
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead initiatives.
- Ability to learn and stay updated on new technologies and Brand Marketing and Social Media strategies.
- Mastery of social networks (especially channels like Instagram and TikTok) and constant attention to discussions that develop on these channels.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Socialbakers, Emplifi, BuzzMonitor, Later or similar.
- Experience in conceptualization, development and analysis of Influencer Marketing campaigns.
- Experience in managing agencies and/or external providers.
- Skill in data analysis and market research.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and presentation tools.
- Experience with project management software such as Asana, Jira or similar will be valued.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with prioritization of multiple demands.
- Ease of working in a team, including virtually and in hybrid format.
- Languages: Medium/high level of English.
