Key Responsibilities:

  • Standardize and guide project execution with frameworks like PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum
  • Analyze complex operational and customer experience data using appropriate analytical methodologies.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and operational reports in Power BI.
  • Conduct root cause analyses to detect improvement opportunities and propose solutions that positively impact key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Contribute to the definition and monitoring of operational KPIs aligned with the business plan and team OKRs.
  • Document processes, routines, and workflows to promote operational efficiency and standardization.
  • Collaborate on optimization, automation, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources (SQL, advanced Excel, etc.).
  • Support the execution of area initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and proper task prioritization.
  • Leading without authority, driving collaboration, and influencing stakeholders across functions and hierarchies.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or customer experience roles.
  • Proven experience creating dashboards and performance reports.
  • Participation in continuous improvement projects.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (required).
  • Advanced Excel skills.

It will be a plus if you:

  • Deep knowledge of frameworks like PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum
  • Learning and applying AI tools to your job routine
