We are looking for a Marketing Sr Analyst to focus in Ticket Sales activities to join our Growth Marketing team.
This person will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive ticket sales.
In addition to a strong knowledge of digital marketing, the candidate must have the ability to communicate in English, essential skills for interacting with internal clients and international partners.
Country of residence must be Colombia (Bogotá D.C.) or Mexico (CDMX).
We are looking for someone proactive, communicative, and experienced in sales/retail, who thrives in a dynamic environment and has an analytical mindset to monitor and improve sales performance across all channels (Paid, CRM, Referrals, etc.).
Model of Work: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office.
Main Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize ticket sales;

Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to create campaigns that promote ticket sales, aiming for lead generation and sales conversions;

Conduct market analysis and audience/customer studies to identify sales opportunities and segmentation strategies;

Monitor KPIs related to ticket sales, proposing corrective actions and optimizations based on data;

Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and strategic partners, ensuring execution and follow-up of the sales plan across all verticals;

Participate in alignment meetings between Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to ensure effective execution of planned actions.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the events (ticket sales) or retail (digital/e-commerce) sector;

Solid knowledge of digital marketing and its applications in sales;

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;

Strong analytical skills for interpreting and using data to make decisions;

Fluency in English and/or Spanish (mandatory) — strong verbal and written communication skills;

Familiarity with CRM tools and paid media campaigns;

Previous experience selling tickets for in-person events.
Nice to Have:

Experience in agile work environments (AGILE methodology).
