The Opportunity

Join the team that is transforming the employee experience for the people building the world’s most patient-centered Digital Musculoskeletal (MSK) Clinic. As a Workday Administrator, you will be the engine behind our People Technology landscape, owning the configuration, optimization, and stability of our Core HCM and related systems. You won’t just maintain the status quo—you will partner with stakeholders across People, Finance, and IT to build scalable, automated processes that support Hinge Health’s rapid growth.

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Own the Core HCM Landscape: Serve as the primary administrator for Workday Core HCM, driving development, data loads, and system optimization to ensure a seamless experience for our workforce.

  • Drive Process Automation: Collaborate with cross-functional partners in People, Finance, IT, and IAM to identify friction points and implement automated solutions that save time and reduce errors.

  • Ensure System Integrity & Security: Proactively monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex issues related to functionality and data integrity, acting as the first line of defense for our People data.

  • Lead System Evolution: Recommend and execute on the roadmap for system improvements and new business processes. You will lead the charge on system testing (Unit/UAT) for all Workday updates and enhancements.

  • Build Scalable Knowledge: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for tenant management, business processes, and user guides to empower the broader People team.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Workday Administrator, specifically designing and enhancing business processes across Core HCM.

  • Active Workday certifications relevant to the role.

  • Broad HR Tech Experience: Proven experience integrating and managing other People/HR technologies (e.g., ATS, LMS, Performance tools).

  • Process Expertise: Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multi-Module Proficiency: Deep expertise across multiple Workday modules beyond Core HCM (e.g., Payroll, Absence, Time-Tracking).

  • Global Scale: Experience configuring and administering Workday in a global or multi-entity organization.

  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with HRM and finance-related compliance requirements and regulations.

Hinge Health Hybrid Model

We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week.

This is a Bengaluru-based role that involves regular interaction and collaboration with Hinge Health colleagues in San Francisco, CA. Time zones: San Francisco is the Pacific Time Zone, which is 12 hours and 30 minutes behind India Standard Time – for example, 8AM in San Francisco is 8:30 PM in Bengaluru. Standard working hours in San Francisco are between 8AM and 6PM. For this role, applicants should be open to meetings in the late evening following India Standard Time.
