The Opportunity
As a Content Platform Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the backbone of our content delivery systems, directly impacting how our members experience our products worldwide. You will help build the platform that powers all content—spanning Computer Vision, Exercise Therapy, Education, and app features—ensuring it is centrally managed, optimized, and delivered at scale. Working cross-functionally with engineering, localization specialists, and content creators, you will champion toolkits and integrations (e.g., Contentful, Eleven Labs, Smartling) that empower teams to work efficiently across global markets. This is a high-impact role where your work will ensure content is easy to create, localize, and deploy, enabling Hinge Health to deliver a consistent, high-quality user experience.
What You’ll Accomplish
In your first 3 months: You will dive deep into our existing content models, schemas, and metadata to understand the current landscape. You will build relationships with your engineering counterparts in Bengaluru and stakeholders in the US, and ship your first set of improvements to our localization workflows.
In your first 6 months: You will drive the development of key API integrations and tooling automations that reduce friction for internal editorial and publishing teams. You will begin to define and iterate on content schemas that support new product capabilities across web and app experiences.
In your first year: You will act as a key owner for the performance and scalability of our content delivery pipelines. You will have established clear KPIs for platform usage and quality, and successfully delivered shared tools that enable product teams to launch personalized content faster and more reliably.
Who You Are
Collaborative Builder: You thrive in cross-functional environments and are skilled at bridging the gap between technical engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders like content creators and localization specialists.
Systems Thinker: You understand that a platform is more than just features; it’s about scalability, reliability, and creating reusable models that stand the test of time.
Global Communicator: You are comfortable working with distributed teams and can effectively align with stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.
