Join our fast-growing, mission-driven team in transforming how millions access and engage in MSK care.As Manager, Commercial Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth through Hinge Health’s channel partners—including broker/consultants, health plans, and ecosystem partners, as well as supporting new partnership opportunities. This role will focus on enabling and equipping our partners to effectively position, recommend, and resell Hinge Health solutions to their clients, ultimately expanding our reach and impact in the market. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B channel marketing, strong project management skills, and a passion for Hinge Health’s mission.

What You'll Accomplish

    1. Accelerate Revenue Growth via Channel Partners: Deliver targeted campaigns and enablement programs that drive qualified partner-sourced leads to achieve ambitious sales targets.

    2. Increase High-Quality Partner Pipeline: Consistently generate and nurture opportunities within strategic partner segments, growing the volume and value of the channel pipeline.

    3. Expand Channel Pipeline in New Markets: Drive qualified leads for new partnership opportunities including Medicare Advantage and Fully Insured lines of business, leveraging market insights and Partner Sales feedback to tailor campaigns.

    4. Strengthen Partner and Sales Alignment for Improved Win Rates: Develop close partnerships with Channel Partner and Sales teams to develop actionable insights and tailored marketing assets and campaigns, resulting in higher engagement and win rates.

    5. Optimize Marketing Investment for Maximum Impact: Manage allocated budget and establish and track key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine channel marketing campaigns and ensure continuous improvement in ROI and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Innovate and execute Hinge Health’s channel marketing strategy for high-value partners, leveraging multi-channel campaigns that address the needs and priorities of benefits consultants, health plans and ecosystem partners.

  • Campaign Development: Design and launch tailored campaigns and partner enablement initiatives that educate, engage, and activate channel partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in events, demand generation/digital (email, LinkedIn, retargeting), direct mail, and webinars.

  • Partner Collaboration & Enablement: Work closely with Channel Partner Managers and Sales to share insights, refine marketing strategies, and ensure seamless hand-off and feedback loops.

  • Content Customization: Develop and adapt collateral, webinars, case studies, and tools for specific partner audiences, showcasing Hinge Health’s unique value proposition.

  • Measurement & Insights: Highly accountable and energized to meet measurable goals. Strong ability to leverage CRM and partner management tools to analyze performance, deliver actionable insights, and optimize future programs.

  • Market Intelligence: Maintain a pulse on the digital health landscape, MSK care trends, and channel/partner industry shifts to further differentiate Hinge Health with partners.

Hinge Health Hybrid Model

We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.

  • 5+ years experience that includes B2B channel marketing; healthcare or technology industry background preferred.

  • Proven success in building and scaling channel marketing programs that drive measurable results.

  • Skilled at collaborating with Channel Partner Leaders and working cross-functionally with sales and product marketing teams to translate value into compelling, messaging and campaigns.

  • Exceptional project management and communication skills; detail- and data-oriented. Proficiency with CRM, data analytics, and marketing platforms is a must.

Compensation

This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $116,000 - $174,000.
