About the Role

As Manager, Enterprise Marketing, you'll be a key growth driver on the Enterprise Marketing team at Hinge Health. You'll lead the strategy and execution of account-based marketing (ABM) programs and campaigns designed to generate leads and accelerate employer sales by deeply engaging Employer Benefits, HR/People, and Financial leaders at enterprise, large and mid-sized organizations. This is an individual contributor role, yet highly cross-functional position with direct impact on pipeline growth and revenue.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Accelerate Revenue Growth from Employer Accounts: Deliver targeted campaigns that drive qualified employer leads to achieve ambitious sales targets.

  • Increase High-Quality Sales Pipeline: Consistently generate and nurture opportunities within strategic employer segments, growing the volume and value of the sales pipeline.

  • Strengthen Sales and Marketing Alignment for Improved Win Rates: Develop close partnership with Sales Leaders and their teams through actionable account insights and tailored marketing assets, resulting in higher engagement and win rates.

  • Optimize Marketing Investment for Maximum Impact: Manage allocated budget and establish and track key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine marketing campaigns and ensure continuous improvement in ROI and business outcomes.

  • Strategy & Execution: Innovate and execute Hinge Health’s marketing strategy for high-value employer prospects, leveraging multi-channel campaigns that speak to the pains and priorities of HR and Benefits decision-makers.

  • Account Selection & Segmentation: Partner with Sales and Operations to identify, segment, and prioritize target employer accounts based on market opportunity and intent data.

  • Campaign Development: Design and launch tailored campaigns that educate, engage, and convert decision-makers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in events and demand generation/digital (email, LinkedIn, retargeting), direct mail and webinars.

  • Sales Collaboration & Enablement: Work closely with Sales and BDRs to share insights, refine marketing strategies, and ensure seamless hand-off and feedback loops.

  • Content Customization: Partner with Product Marketing and Creative to develop and adapt collateral, webinars, case studies, and tools for specific employer audiences, showcasing Hinge Health’s clinical outcomes and unique value proposition.

  • Measurement & Insights: Highly accountable and energized to meet measurable goals. Strong ability to leverage CRM and prospecting platforms to analyze performance, deliver actionable insights, and optimize future programs.

  • Market Intelligence: Maintain a pulse on the digital health landscape, MSK care trends, and benefits industry shifts to further differentiate Hinge Health with employer prospects.

Hinge Health Hybrid Model

We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.

  • 5+ years experience that includes B2B marketing and direct ABM experience; healthcare, benefits, or technology

  • Industry background preferred.

  • Proven success in building and scaling marketing programs for enterprise or large employer audiences.

  • Skilled at collaborating with Sales Leaders and translating value into compelling, persona-driven messaging.

  • Exceptional project management and communication skills; detail- and data-oriented. Proficiency with CRM and data analytics such as Excel or Google Sheets is a must.

  • Passion for digital health and Hinge Health’s mission to end chronic MSK pain.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Digital Media Proficiency: Familiarity with digital media channels and programmatic advertising, with experience collaborating on or managing campaign strategy and performance.

  • AI tools and technologies: Experience leveraging AI to enhance B2B marketing strategies, including potential exposure to agentic marketing approaches and automation workflows.

Compensation

This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $116,00 - $174,000.
