Collaborate with our General Ledger and Equity teams to streamline financial processes and bolster internal controls. You'll also work closely with the General Ledger team and our auditors to meet critical SEC reporting timelines. What You'll Accomplish
Create the skeleton Form 10-Q/10-K and Press Release in Active Disclosure or Workiva
Automate Excel supporting files and streamline financial information to minimize input errors
Collaborate with the General Ledger team to ensure all reconciliations are prepared each quarter and understand how these reconciliations tie back to the financial statements prepared in accordance with GAAP
Assist in designing and executing a robust internal controls process
Assist in writing SOX walkthrough documents for financial reporting processes
Create a tie-out folder with all the support of the financial information needed for the financial reporting process
Collaborate with auditors and ensure their requests/questions are addressed in a timely manner
Hinge Health Hybrid Model
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week for 8 hours per day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of experience with financial reporting and preparation of financial statements
4+ years of proficiency in using Excel, Active Disclosure, or Workiva
4+ years of experience with accounting systems such as Netsuite
Knowledge of GAAP and SOX requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
Experience with XBRL tagging
Compensation
This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $84,800 - $127,200.
