About The Role
Harness is hiring a Workplace Design + Experience Coordinator to support workplace experience initiatives in its Bengaluru office. The role will assist in planning and coordinating in-person and virtual events, workplace operations, and food & beverage programs, while ensuring smooth implementation of our global Workplace Design + Experience framework. This position reports to the Manager, Workplace Design + Experience, is based in Bengaluru and requires working onsite four days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate Workplace Design + Experience events, ensuring alignment with the global framework.
- Support regional programs and maintain documentation, event calendars, and internal communication.
- Manage vendors and ensure internal and external SLAs are met.
- Partner with vendors on event forecasting, coordination, venue selection, food menus, and décor planning for office and external events.
- Assist in executing company social events, celebrations, and offsites.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and global partners.
- Contribute creative ideas and maintain an eye for aesthetics in events and décor.
- Draft clear and engaging communications for event announcements and updates.
- Track event metrics, feedback, and participation for reporting and continuous improvement.
About You
- 3–8 years of experience in Workplace Experience, Events, or Facilities Management.
- Hands-on exposure to facilities operations and workplace experience delivery.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable taking initiative.
- Skilled with tools like Slack, G-Suite, Envoy, Asana, or similar.
- Passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences.
- Comfortable presenting; basic creative tools knowledge is an added advantage.
