GTM Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated GTM Engineer to join our team at Harness. The GTM Engineer is a technical expert who develops and implements innovative go-to-market solutions powered by engineering and generative AI. They build systems and tools that enhance the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts through data-driven approaches. This role is essential as we look to build in-house technology to improve the productivity of our GTM organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build AI Systems & Tools: Develop algorithms, models and tools that, as an example:
- Identify & prioritize prospects matching our ideal customer profile
- Perform account research and build hypotheses for prospecting
- Generate personalized emails for sales teams to leverage in prospecting
Upgrade Our Tech Stack, Leveraging AI:
- Support decisions on how to leverage AI to get more out of our GTM systems and better connect them
- Demo, implement and optimize new AI-native tooling capabilities
- Drive maximum adoption of our tech stack to GTM stakeholders
- Optimize Systems Performance
- Reduce tech debt and ensure uptime of GTM systems
- Regularly collect feedback from sales and marketing teams to improve efficiency
About You:
You might be a fit for this role if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in software engineering or data engineering roles.
- In-depth knowledge of common GTM systems, frameworks, data processing tools, LLMs, and programming languages.
- Experience building systems that integrate with Salesforce (CRM) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong background in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable systems.
- Proficiency in developing APIs and creating user-friendly interfaces for non-technical users.
- A team player with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
