- Enable the sales team with product knowledge, competitive intelligence, customer pain points, and value-based messaging tied to AI capabilities.
- Analyze pipeline performance and funnel metrics to optimize marketing strategies using data and customer signals.
- Host webinars, contribute to thought leadership, and support industry events—positioning SEI as the intelligent analytics layer for software delivery.
- Identify and develop customer case studies that showcase how AI-powered insights are transforming engineering outcomes.
- Track industry trends and competitor use of AI in developer tools to inform product direction and differentiation.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, helping shape AI-related product priorities with engineering and product management.
About you
- 7+ years of experience in technical product marketing, product management, or a GTM-focused technical role.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in developer workflows, engineering efficiency, or data analytics.
- Deep knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle, DORA metrics, Git-based development, CI/CD, and productivity platforms.
- Demonstrated success marketing developer tools or AI-driven SaaS platforms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to clearly explain how AI adds tangible value to engineering leaders and teams.
- Comfortable working across Product, Engineering, and Sales in fast-paced environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales teams and building enablement collateral.
