Position Summary
As an SDK Engineer in As an SDK Engineer in Harness Feature Management and Experimentation you will take ownership of the development and evolution of our feature flagging SDKs. Harness recently acquired Split.io, and this role represents a unique opportunity to work on the foundational SDKs that power Harness FME’s dynamic configuration and experimentation platform. You’ll collaborate with a tight-knit engineering team to enhance the developer experience across multiple languages and platforms.
About the role
- Lead feature development of Harness FME’s SDKs (e.g., Go SDK).
- Contribute to additional SDKs supported by Harness FME across multiple languages (Harness FME SDKs GitHub).
- Continuously monitor, profile, and improve performance and load handling of SDKs.
- Collaborate with support teams to address customer needs and translate them into future product improvements.
- Work in a fast-paced environment that supports a highly available, distributed service.
About you
- Experience building high performance services, libraries or applications.
- 5+ years of experience building software
- Strong understanding of concurrency and threading across different virtual machines
- Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems
- Passion for clean, elegant code that is simple to test and maintain.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new technologies and domain areas.
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement and personal growth.

Tandil, Argentina or remote, within Argentina
