Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Compensation Partner to support our compensation programs during a period of organizational growth and transformation. This role will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to deliver market-competitive compensation guidance and support various compensation initiatives across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert compensation consulting and analysis for client groups, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Support job evaluations, market pricing, and leveling of roles using compensation surveys (e.g., Radford, Mercer, WTW).
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on compensation offers and hiring decisions.
- Conduct ad hoc and cyclical compensation analysis (e.g., mid-year and year-end compensation review).
- Partner with People Analytics to create compensation dashboards and insights.
- Ensure compensation practices comply with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Support the development and rollout of compensation structures, salary bands, and pay transparency initiatives.
- Collaborate on compensation communication materials and training for managers and HR.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field; CCP certification a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and compensation tools.
- Ability to interpret compensation data, generate insights, and influence decision-making.
- Familiarity with compensation regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity laws).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 3 months
- Hours: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
- Remote/Hybrid/In-Office: Remote ok
- Rate: $50 - 60/hr
