Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Compensation Partner to support our compensation programs during a period of organizational growth and transformation. This role will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to deliver market-competitive compensation guidance and support various compensation initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert compensation consulting and analysis for client groups, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Support job evaluations, market pricing, and leveling of roles using compensation surveys (e.g., Radford, Mercer, WTW).
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on compensation offers and hiring decisions.
  • Conduct ad hoc and cyclical compensation analysis (e.g., mid-year and year-end compensation review).
  • Partner with People Analytics to create compensation dashboards and insights.
  • Ensure compensation practices comply with legal requirements and internal policies.
  • Support the development and rollout of compensation structures, salary bands, and pay transparency initiatives.
  • Collaborate on compensation communication materials and training for managers and HR.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field; CCP certification a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and compensation tools.
  • Ability to interpret compensation data, generate insights, and influence decision-making.
  • Familiarity with compensation regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity laws).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 3 months
  • Hours: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
  • Remote/Hybrid/In-Office: Remote ok
  • Rate: $50 - 60/hr

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $50-60 per hour. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
