Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to plan their onboarding and adoption, addressing technical questions and coordinating with engineering to resolve any issues.
- Create and regularly update onboarding and adoption playbooks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and track issues, ensuring timely updates for our customers.
- Manage the support queue while meeting support SLAs.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for the continuous integration and deployment of cloud applications for customers
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Began your career as a software developer, with experience in Java or Golang.
- Proven experience as a DevOps engineer.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager.
- Experience with CI/CD concepts and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a distributed environment.

- You will be working 3 days from the Bangalore office - Hybrid
