Position Summary
As a Business Systems Analyst you will own the optimization and management of go-to-marketing systems, ensuring they align with business goals and drive operational efficiency. We’ll lean on your expertise to analyze, recommend, enhance, and maintain our tech stack, collaborating across teams to improve system performance, automate workflows, and support business growth. You’ll be joining a small team of admins, developers, and architects to drive scale in a fast paced environment. We need someone excited to solve complex problems, enable system optimization, and partner with leaders across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to analyze business processes and system needs.
- Manage and optimize key business applications, such Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, LeanData, Outreach, and more.
- Gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and maintain system integrations between platforms (e.g., CRM, billing, marketing automation).
- Automate workflows to reduce manual effort and enhance data integrity.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to provide insights into system usage and business performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance across business systems.
- Train end users and create documentation to support adoption and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in business systems analysis, RevOps, Sales Operations, or other similar roles within a B2B SaaS organization.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), related applications (LeanData, Outreach, enrichment tooling) and knowledge of CPQ and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of system integrations and data workflows (e.g., APIs, middleware, ETL processes).
- Experience with process automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Tray.io) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data visualization (Tableau, Looker) is a plus.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $175,000.00 - $215,000.00 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
