POSITION SUMMARY

As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will work with the broader Rev Ops team to learn processes and systems in order to effectively execute daily tasks related to all Revenue Operations activities. Those tasks will include delivering reports, cleaning data in our core systems, provisioning users, and helping refine processes to drive efficiency. You are detail oriented with a love for data, a great communicator, and a self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operations and systems: Assist with the day to day processes to support the customer org, i.e. managing account and opportunity ownership, provisioning new hires, and processing deals and renewals
  • Data and analytics: Monitor existing reports and dashboards and pull ad hoc reports to help answer key questions about the business.
  • Data integrity: Review the data quality of our internal systems by reviewing and updating existing reports and dashboard, and the underlying data
  • Continuous improvement: Work with senior team members to design and implement solutions to reduce manual processes.
  • Create and maintain documentation on our processes, best practices, and system requirements
  • Special projects: we’re very much in growth mode, and will have other projects pop up as the business evolves! Past examples of special projects include: incorporating an acquisition from a data and process perspective, working with IT to streamline our new hire provisioning process, and updating firmographic on accounts

ABOUT YOU

  • 0-3 years experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or equivalent role.
  • A “doer” excited to learn and apply your knowledge to new challenges in a fast paced, constantly evolving startup world.
  • Organized, task oriented, and have an eye for detail, you enjoy creating checklists, checking your work twice, and verifying data
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, you enjoy collaborating and problem solving with stakeholders from a wide variety of backgrounds.
  • Intermediate or better Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
