Your role will encompass strategic leadership, client engagement, and guiding the team in optimizing engineering processes, enhancing software quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You are an engineering process expert and have seen many engineering organizations and driven their organization to success. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our client organizations and the growth of our company.
