Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Unlock insights from financial data by preparing periodic reports that analyze performance, identify trends and opportunities, and support forecasting.
- Strategic Planning: Sync business strategy and financial viability by working with partners to translate strategic goals into actionable financial plans and budgets.
- Cost Management: Sharpen the organization's financial edge by overseeing cost optimization initiatives and identifying strategies to continuously improve financial efficiency.
- Communication: Become a financial storyteller by crafting insightful reports and presentations that effectively communicate complex data and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaboration: Foster financial alignment across the organization by partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to ensure everyone's efforts contribute to achieving financial objectives.
- Process Improvement: Champion financial excellence by contributing to the development and implementation of robust financial processes and controls that ensure data accuracy and streamlined operations.
Requirements:
- CA qualification is mandatory
- 1+ years of experience in a financial analyst role
- Strong analytical, communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial atmosphere.
- Should be able to take ownership without hand-holding & comfortably navigate ambiguity & think independently
