Figma
Sales & Business Development
New York, NY, USA
Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We’re building the next chapter of AI-native craft and creativity - where craft and technology meet. Our unified platform bridges the gap between AI capabilities and human creativity, and lets professional creatives and designers harness the power of the world’s leading AI models without losing precision, expression, or soul. Together, we’re building tools that help people move faster without sacrificing quality, precision, or craft - a platform where AI supports creativity instead of flattening it.
Figma is looking for a Manager, Sales to lead our Figma Weave Account Executives team. You aren’t the typical sales leader, and we aren’t building a typical product - Weave sits at the frontier of AI and creative craft, and we need a leader who can inspire a team to sell something genuinely new. We’re growing and moving fast. Our next leader will have an agile, dynamic approach, be comfortable navigating ambiguity, and thrive coaching a team that’s selling something novel and exciting to the market. You won’t be alone - Figma Weave has an incredible team and you’ll work closely with Advocates, Product Marketing, Customer Enablement and Community. As Manager, Sales for Figma Weave, you will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for driving new business. You will report to the Director, GTM at Figma Weave.

- Join key customer and executive meetings to coach on effective discovery and value-selling techniques, help advance complex sales cycles, and build executive-level relationships
- Drive a culture of rigorous account planning, ensuring your team multi-threads at senior levels, identifies expansion opportunities, and manages their book of business with precision
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to expertly position Figma Weave, accelerate deals, and ensure customers achieve meaningful outcomes
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, including demonstrated success closing complex deals (3 months+) with Mid-Market or Enterprise customers

- A proven track record of building customer relationships at the executive level and driving consistent expansion across a book of business
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
- Experience selling AI-native, creative technology, or design solutions to technical or creative audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale a new product motion in a fast-changing, early-stage environment
