Born on the Web, Figma helps entire product teams brainstorm, design and build better products — from start to finish. Whether it’s consolidating tools, simplifying workflows, or collaborating across teams and time zones, Figma makes the design process faster, more efficient, and fun while keeping everyone on the same page. From great products to long-lasting companies, we believe that nothing great is made alone—come make with us!

At Figma we are creating a community of practice where our users can connect, learn, and advance their skills through sharing with one another. This manager will be a key partner to support our marketing, sales, and product teams by helping add design and development perspectives combined with expert product knowledge into our go to market strategy, building relationships with our user community, and advocating for users internally with our product teams. If you’re an experience manager, love Figma tools, and already find yourself advocating for Figma with your peers, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a full time role based out of our London Hub.

  • Partner with regional marketing teams: Support our marketing efforts from events to product launches, to generate leads and drive adoption of new features, capabilities and workflows
  • Partner with Sales and customer experience teams: Support our highest value sales opportunities with consultations and scalable onboarding programs to enable our customers to become experts in the product
  • Advocate for users with our product team: Help continuously improve internal processes to bring advocate insights from customer engagements to the product teams
  • Motivate and empower the community: Enable the team to maintain and build relationships with users in the community and identify ways to improve internal processes to track and measure community engagement

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Ability to work cross functionally with teams like sales, product and marketing leadership
  • Ability to gain support to drive projects and new initiatives forward
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups of people
  • Knowledge of product design and development workflows
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and joy for iterating on projects from early experimental ideas through to completion
  • Comfort-level with up to 25% of travel
