Figma users are highly skilled designers and developers. Because of this, our Sales and Customer Experience & Solutions organizations require a technical approach to onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement. We are currently seeking a Technical Product Enablement Manager who is eager to blend their technical skills and passion for training to bring a deeper technical understanding to the field and help develop world-class training for our Sales and Customer Experience & Solutions teams. This role will report to the Manager, Sales Enablement AMER.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
- Drive education on our core product functionality as well as the broader industry knowledge required for seller success.
- Optimize Figma’s ongoing enablement programs through the creation and delivery of technical training content. This includes courses accessed through a Learning Management System as well as courses you’ll deliver live in a classroom setting.
- Maintain a training curriculum that is highly effective and consumable by members of our team, including the optimization of existing content and the creation of novel training materials
- Own the outcomes of your training programs: continually measure program compliance, participant performance and business impact of each program
- Strategize with the Sales Enablement, Sales, Customer Experience & Solutions, Product Marketing, and Product teams to assess Sales/CEX needs and make continual improvements and iterations.
- Cultivate a strong relationship of trust with Sales, Customer Experience & Solutions, Product Marketing, and Product Leadership.
- Attend customer meetings and embed with our go-to-market teams to develop a clear perspective on how to improve our training programs
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 5+ years experience in a technical focused role, including but not limited to Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, Software Engineering
- Advanced Figma knowledge across all products
- Proven experience for training others on cutting edge technologies
- Demonstrated ability to assimilate complex concepts and clearly articulate business value to a diverse audience
- Experience using conversation intelligence tools like Chorus, Gong to create strong coaching culture
- Excellent communication (written/verbal), facilitation skills, and ability to breakdown complex topics to easily train stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment of a start-up and a continuously evolving product
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
- Experience working at a software-as-a-service company
- Ability to tackle large ambiguous challenges that you haven’t tackled before
- Has held a quota-carrying sales role at a high-growth software company
- Certified as a trainer in our sales methodology - “Command of the Message”
Pay Transparency Disclosure
If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
