Job summary:

We’re looking for a highly motivated office manager to join and scale our first ever San Francisco office! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in controlled chaos, understands the importance of a productive work environment, and loves to create welcoming spaces for all. You will be the backbone of the Drata office and initially be building from the ground up.

This is a hybrid role with in office requirements on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and a 3 month contract to start.

What you’ll do:

  • Build from the ground up: Unbox monitors, receive deliveries, order furniture, coordinate painters, etc

  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work hand and hand with our IT and People Operations teams to support employees

  • Dratanaut Support: Assist employees navigating a new space, handle coordination of new hires on their first day and support the Talent Team with onsite interviews

  • Physical Space: Coordinate with IT for equipment and shipments, manage office layout and address any facilities issues.

  • Vendor Relationships: Monitor inventory, order supplies and manage vendors

  • Attention to Detail: No task is too big to tackle, you’re comfortable working on your feet and managing controlled chaos, and you enjoy creating a space that is welcoming.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in an office or administrative environment

  • Impeccable attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management

  • You have a keen sense of how to solve problems and make decisions without guidance

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills as these are imperative to your success in this role

  • You have supported a scaling office (think from 30-100+ employees) and understand the importance of creating a space that feels well run, welcoming, and organized

  • You understand facilities management and the importance of security, safety, and office moves, adds and changes

  • You feel comfortable and confident owning relationships with vendors and understand the complexities that come with operating in a scaling office space

The applicable salary range for this role is: $35/hr - $45/hr.

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s leveling and compensation–including a candidate’s professional background and experience. These ranges may be modified in the future and final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
