The Growth team at Deliverect is a dedicated group of proactive and experienced professionals focused on empowering customers to achieve significant growth. By serving as strategic partners, we deeply understand our customers' evolving business needs to offer tailored support and guidance that maximizes the Deliverect platform's potential. We foster strong, long-term relationships, collaborating closely to identify unique opportunities and co-create innovative strategies for their continued success in a dynamic market.
Your Impact:
As an Account Manager at Deliverect, you will be instrumental in fostering strong, lasting relationships with our mid-market customers, driving their continued success and maximizing their utilization of the Deliverect platform. Your expertise in identifying growth opportunities and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction will directly contribute to regional revenue expansion and strengthen Deliverect's position as a vital partner in the evolving commerce landscape.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with 4 days in our [Riyadh or Dubai] office and 1 day from the comfort of your home.

What you will do:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within assigned mid-market accounts, by serving as a strategic partner to deeply understand their evolving business needs. (Approx. 40% of time)
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets by identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products and services. (Approx. 40% of time)
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with customer business objectives and Deliverect's growth goals. (Approx. 25% of time)
  • Identify strategic growth opportunities within assigned accounts. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive account management and regular check-ins. (Approx. 20% of time)
  • Implement strategies to retain existing business, mitigating risks and ensuring client longevity by effectively resolving problems and addressing customer concerns. (Approx. 20% of time)
  • Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensure seamless integration and support for clients. (Approx. 15% of time)
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities within the mid-market segment to inform account strategies. (Approx. 15% of time)

What you will Bring:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role within the B2B SaaS industry, specifically with mid-market clients.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic, with a high degree of empathy and the ability to engage clearly and persuasively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the technology landscape, industry trends, and the specific needs of mid-market businesses.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a solutions-driven mindset and the ability to proactively anticipate and address client needs.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and take ownership of critical projects.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and sales enablement tools.
