Your Impact:
As a Technical Program Manager you will be responsible for managing the health of Deliverect’s integrations, and will manage the priorities towards the development teams for all integration feature requests, and bug fixes. By working closely with our go-to-market and engineering teams, you will ensure our integrations enable new and existing customers to successfully use the Deliverect products.
You will need the appetite to develop a strong product knowledge (training is provided) alongside an understanding of the food tech industry ecosystem including Point of Sales (POS), Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), Online Ordering, Dispatch, etc
A Typical Day:
- Manage 5-10 integration improvement projects at the same time
- Collaborate with GTM and leadership teams to define integration priorities
- Collaborate with integration partners to enable customers to use our integrations in the most optimal way, and understand what are the integration priorities for our partners
- Collaborate with customers to capture and follow-up on integration requirements
- Turn requirements into user stories and work with the development teams to prioritise, plan and execute those user stories
- Manage and prioritise feature requests and bug fixes
- Manage the roll-out of high-risk integration improvement projects
- Monitor and improve integration health where needed
Your Expertise:
- Experienced in working with API's, preferably partner programs.
- Strong program managing skills to start projects, follow up and finish projects successfully. Having a project management certification is a plus.
- Organisational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finish
- Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development and improvement, problem solving, communication, delegation and planning
- Able to be flexible with evolving business priorities; dealing with ambiguity
- Willing and able to address escalated client issues with speed and urgency
- Experience in Agile development methodologies and SaaS products/cloud technologies are beneficial
- Fluent in English, other languages are beneficial
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Ghent, Belgium office location and 2 days of remote work. Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.
