Your expertise ensures that our partners receive vital product insights and assistance with any technical inquiries, fostering their success. A Typical Day
- Customer-Centric Approach: Prioritize customer needs, consistently adopting a service-oriented approach with the customer at the core, aiming to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Customer and Partner Management: Care for midsize and enterprise customers, including partners, ensuring they fully comprehend the potential of Deliverect's offerings.
- Stakeholder and Project Management: Effectively manage multiple stakeholders, customers, and projects concurrently, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Complex Implementation: Handle complex implementation processes with meticulous attention, closely monitoring specified KPIs to ensure successful outcomes.
- Bug Handling and Issue Resolution: Take responsibility for identifying, documenting, and escalating bugs through the appropriate internal channels, maintaining transparent communication with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Service Process Enhancement: Develop an in-depth understanding of Deliverect's service processes and actively contribute to their continuous development and improvement, both internally and externally.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Rapidly familiarize yourself with new and technically complex issues, always prioritizing critical tasks to provide efficient solutions.
- Account Follow-Ups and Expansion: After successful customer onboarding, plan and execute regular account follow-ups, monitoring progress against quarterly goals, product usage, and identifying opportunities for expanding Deliverect's footprint.
- Proven Track Record: Ideally, demonstrate a proven track record in Technical Account Management or relevant experience, showcasing your ability to meet customer needs effectively.
- Education and Industry Experience: While a university degree and professional experience at a B2B/SaaS software is desirable, practical experience in a related field is equally valuable.
- Industry Knowledge: Preferred experience in the hospitality (food/retail), online marketing, or e-commerce sectors, providing insights into the specific needs of these industries.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, emphasizing your role as a team player who excels in building relationships with customers and partners.
- Time Management and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate excellent time-management and problem-solving skills, essential for efficiently managing multiple tasks and addressing complex challenges.
- Autonomy and Initiative: Showcase your ability to work autonomously, taking the initiative to drive projects and customer relationships forward.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in G Suite is expected, and previous experience with CRM and ticketing tools like HubSpot and ZenDesk is beneficial.

- This is a full-time, hybrid role with 3 days at our Colonia Roma office in Mexico City and 2 days working from home. Impeccable English and Spanish language skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
