About the Role:

Crusoe is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workplace Manager to help get our new Brighton location off the ground. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in establishing a high-functioning environment from day one. You will be instrumental in creating a professional, welcoming space for the Brighton team, directly shaping a productive culture as the site grows.

Partnering with the Senior Workplace Manager, you will manage daily operations, site-specific projects, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in workplace coordination or operations and thrives in the "build" phase of a new office.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Site Launch & Operations: Take ownership of the Brighton office functionality. Conduct regular checks to ensure workspaces, conference rooms, and shared areas are clean, well-stocked, and fully operational.

  • Internal Office Construction & Setup: Manage internal updates to the new space, including furniture installation, office remodels, and interior design changes to align with Crusoe standards.

  • Event & Team Support: Assist in planning and executing site-specific events, including setup, teardown, and catering coordination for local team milestones.

  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture by supporting local engagement initiatives and team-building activities tailored to the Brighton crew.

  • Vendor Management: Identify and manage local vendors (cleaning, maintenance, snacks, etc.) that contribute to a seamless employee experience.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across departments to gather feedback on the new space and identify opportunities to elevate the day-to-day experience.

  • Facility Readiness: Coordinate the daily setup of the workspace, ensuring visiting team members have a seamless, "plug-and-play" experience when working out of the Brighton office.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Workplace Coordination Experience: 4+ years of experience in workplace coordination or operational roles, ideally within fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.

  • Site Setup Mentality: A proven ability to manage the "blank canvas" of a new office, from supply chain management to furniture logistics.

  • Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, prioritization, and the ability to multitask in a developing environment.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: A creative problem-solver who brings fresh ideas to improve operational efficiency and solve the unique challenges of a new location.

  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with remote leadership and local teams to ensure Brighton operations run smoothly.
