About the Role:

As a Product Designer at Crusoe you will be an integral part of the Crusoe Cloud and AI product team, own impactful projects and take them from idea to execution in a fast paced environment. You will be embedded into a product area, be pro-active and take initiative to work collaboratively with other functions. You’ll work on defining the problem, conducting early research, defining the interactions, creating clear artifacts that guide decision making and execution.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Help define and drive strategic product direction and long term product vision - challenging the status quo with fresh, user centric perspectives for AI developers and platform engineers

  • Own the end to end design process - translating user journeys and technical constraints into simple, elegant and shippable solutions

  • Create sketches, flows, prototypes and high fidelity visuals for your features and rapidly iterate the designs based on user feedback

  • Strong ability to iterate through the design process, give and receive critiques and rapidly incorporate feedback

  • Ensure a high quality implementation by working closely with engineering

  • Present the solutions to product managers, engineers and other stakeholders

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer interaction

  • Strong ability to design and build interfaces leveraging generative AI tools and technologies to enhance design workflows and productivity

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a product designer in a cross functional organization

  • Ability to build prototypes and ship products

  • Experience with user research and testing methods

  • Ability to see products as end to end scenarios

  • A demonstrated baseline in interaction design and visual design skills with a portfolio of work

  • Background in B2B software, developer platforms or technical tools

  • An ability to express ideas through design prototyping and code

  • An eagerness to learn and a demonstrated self-starting initiative

  • An interest in design tools and design systems

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to build great relationships and convey/ debate design rationale

  • High empathy for the user, striving to understand and empower them

  • Knowledge or interest in the building blocks of a neo cloud and/or ai developer tools

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $127,500 - $150,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
