Crusoe's mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. We’re crafting the engine that powers a world where people can create ambitiously with AI — without sacrificing scale, speed, or sustainability.

Be a part of the AI revolution with sustainable technology at Crusoe. Here, you'll drive meaningful innovation, make a tangible impact, and join a team that’s setting the pace for responsible, transformative cloud infrastructure.

About the Role:

You'll be the creative engine behind Crusoe's content marketing—the person who turns complex AI infrastructure concepts into stories that engineers actually want to read, social posts that spark conversations, and gated assets that generate real pipeline.

You'll be hands-on: crafting blog posts about GPUs and neoclouds, translating technical specs into compelling webinar scripts, managing our social presence across platforms, and working with everyone from our design team to our engineers to our CEO. You'll report to an experienced content lead who's built content programs at scale and genuinely loves this work—and who'll give you the autonomy to run with ideas while supporting you when things get complex.

We're looking for someone who gets excited about the challenge of making technical content accessible without dumbing it down, who can juggle multiple projects without dropping any, and who brings fresh creative ideas to a space that desperately needs them. If you've ever read a tech company's LinkedIn and thought "I could do this so much better," this role is for you.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Content creation across formats

    • Draft and edit blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, video scripts, webinar content, and gated assets (white papers, ebooks, case studies)

    • Translate complex AI infrastructure concepts into clear, engaging narratives for technical audiences

    • Develop content that supports lead generation and moves prospects through the funnel

    • Write compelling short-form copy for social media while maintaining brand voice consistency

  • Social media management

    • Own and manage Crusoe's corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, X, etc.)

    • Develop creative, on-trend content strategies that build brand awareness and community engagement

    • Monitor trends in AI infrastructure, cloud computing, and tech culture to inform timely content

    • Experiment with new formats and platforms to expand reach

  • Cross-functional collaboration

    • Partner with design, product marketing, web, digital marketing, PR/executive communications, and leadership teams

    • Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand technical details and translate them into compelling content

    • Collaborate with people team on culture and employer branding content

    • Manage relationships with external agencies and contractors

  • Brand and thought leadership

    • Maintain deep familiarity with Crusoe's brand voice and flex tone based on different audiences and platforms

    • Support executive communications and thought leadership initiatives

    • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines while staying fresh and engaging

  • Operations and optimization

    • Manage content calendar and coordinate across multiple projects and timelines simultaneously

    • Utilize CMS, project management tools, and marketing platforms (Figma, GA4, Salesforce, Marketo, Sprout Social)

    • Apply SEO and GEO best practices to increase content discoverability

    • Track content performance and optimize based on data insights

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 5+ years in content marketing, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio across formats (blogs, social, gated assets, video scripts)

  • Experience managing corporate social media channels with demonstrated success growing engagement

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging content for technical audiences

  • Strong understanding of SEO, content optimization, and lead generation strategies

  • Experience with CMS and marketing platforms (GA4, Salesforce, Marketo, Sprout Social, project management tools)

  • Expert organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without dropping anything

  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution—you can develop content strategy AND write the actual post

  • Knowledge of how to navigate generative AI tools effectively without depending on them for the heavy lifting

  • High bar for content quality, positive energy, and genuine passion for the work

Bonus Points

  • Experience with or knowledge of AI infrastructure, cloud computing, or HPC

  • Video production and editing skills

  • Podcast production experience

  • Experience with newer social platforms (TikTok, emerging channels)

  • Strong public speaking skills

  • Experience working in fast-growth startups or technical companies

Benefits:
