About This Role:

As an Executive Assistant at Crusoe, you will serve as a mission-critical partner to our Senior Executive Leaders within our Tel Aviv office. This is a high-impact role designed for a dynamic, adaptable professional who thrives on anticipating needs before they arise and navigating the complexities of a fast-growing AI infrastructure company. You will act as a force multiplier for our leadership, ensuring their time is optimized, their priorities are seamless, and their teams remain aligned. By maintaining operational excellence, you directly empower Crusoe to achieve its goal of becoming the world’s favorite AI Cloud while fostering a sustainable and innovative company culture.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who balances meticulous organizational skills with a supportive, collaborative spirit. You will own everything from complex calendar management across multiple time zones to the strategic planning of high-stakes leadership offsites. This is a full-time, on-site position (five days per week) that offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with a world-class team of EAs and Workplace Managers. If you are an ethical, discreet, and high-energy professional eager to contribute to a climate-aligned technology mission, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Executive Support & Logistics: Provide high-level, detailed administrative support including complex calendar management, expense processing, and confidential correspondence to ensure executive efficiency.

  • Strategic Scheduling: Thoughtfully manage and prioritize internal and external meeting requests for leadership and their direct reports to maximize time management and team alignment.

  • Meeting Excellence: Drive the effectiveness of leadership sessions by developing agendas, tracking key decisions, and documenting action items to ensure consistent follow-through.

  • Event Leadership: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of team offsites and corporate gatherings, owning everything from vendor coordination to on-site logistical support.

  • Process Innovation: Identify, design, and implement creative solutions and workflows that enhance team collaboration, productivity, and cross-functional communication.

  • Travel & Coordination: Partner with the broader EA and Workplace teams to manage corporate travel, conference registrations, and company-wide cultural activities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a trusted point of contact for teammates and stakeholders, ensuring smooth interactions and professional representation of the executive office.

  • Adaptive Support: Execute occasional personal tasks and administrative duties as needed, maintaining accessibility during the work week to address urgent matters.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Proven EA Experience: You possess 3-5 years of professional experience in an executive administrative role, demonstrating a track record of supporting high-level leaders.

  • Communication Mastery: You have exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, allowing you to interface effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Organizational Rigor: You bring an uncompromising attention to detail and accuracy regarding numbers, logistics, and complex scheduling.

  • Discretion & Ethics: You have a proven ability to exercise total confidentiality and sound judgment when handling sensitive company information.

  • Prioritization Expertise: You can expertly manage conflicting needs and shifting priorities within a high-speed, innovative environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: You are highly skilled in the Google Workspace suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides) and capable of building compelling executive decks.

  • Event Management: You have demonstrated success in planning and executing seamless team offsites or large-scale corporate events.

  • Proactive Mindset: You are a self-starter who works independently to improve processes and keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.

Bonus Points:

  • Tech Industry Insight: Previous experience supporting technology or software engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Advanced Content Creation: A talent for visual storytelling and advanced presentation design to elevate executive communications.

  • Extended Experience: More than 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives during periods of rapid organizational scaling.

  • Project Management Certification: Familiarity with project management methodologies or tools to further streamline departmental workflows.

  • Hyper-Growth Experience: Prior history working within a startup or a rapidly expanding AI/infrastructure company.
