What You'll Be Working On:
Audit and improve CRM and GTM systems data hygiene, ensuring consistency in lead, opportunity, and account-level data, and improve data readiness for analysis
Partner with Business Systems to strengthen data integration of GTM tools and enable repeatable, scalable processes
Support and streamline the deal-close process, ensuring contracts are accurately recorded in relevant systems and the order lifecycle management is seamless
Conduct recurring diagnostic analyses to identify bottlenecks and opportunities across the revenue funnel - from marketing lead follow-up to renewals & expansions
Build, maintain, and improve dashboards that report on key revenue metrics, including bookings, average unit price, churn, NRR, and GRR
Execute analysis that helps GTM leaders and company executives identify root causes, quantify the business case, and inform strategic decisions
Develop and document operating models and processes that improve accountability and cross-functional collaboration
What You'll Bring to the Team:
3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Financial Analysis, or similar data-driven roles
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, i.e., complex modeling, connected sheets, pivot tables
Technical proficiency with SQL for data extraction and analysis
