Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.
We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.
We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.
If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.
About This Role
Crusoe is hiring a Enablement Engineer to help customers get the most out of Crusoe Cloud. This role can be based out of any Crusoe office and is full-time in-office. You will work across all customer accounts — not tied to a single book of business — proactively training customers on current features, new releases, and capabilities they are not yet using. You will build the enablement catalog used to onboard new customers and new employees, and act as a bridge between customers, product, and marketing as the public technical voice of the platform.
What You'll Be Working On
Deliver live training, webinars, and workshops that teach customers how to use Crusoe Cloud features and realize value from the platform
Produce technical content — blog posts, whitepapers, and guides — covering Kubernetes architecture and cloud infrastructure topics
Script, record, and produce "How-To" videos, feature deep-dives, and webinar demos
Represent Crusoe at major industry events such as KubeCon as a speaker, evangelist, and subject matter expert, including booth engagement
Build and maintain reference architectures and sandbox examples on GitHub showing how Crusoe Cloud integrates with the wider CNCF ecosystem (ArgoCD, Rancher, KubeVirt)
Create Proof of Concept guides and technical decks that help the sales team explain enterprise-grade features, and channel customer feedback to the product team to shape the roadmap
What You'll Bring to the Team
Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals, including API servers, namespaces, RBAC, and multi-tenancy
Hands-on experience with virtual machines and private cloud infrastructure, including compute and storage (OpenStack or KubeVirt experience valued)
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) and major cloud providers (AWS/EKS, Azure, or GCP)
Background in customer success, developer advocacy, or technical training with an engineering or developer audience
Experience delivering webinars, technical demos, and customer-facing training
Ability to explain a complex topic — like virtual Kubernetes clusters — in a way that lands with both a C-level executive and a junior DevOps engineer
Comfort managing your own content calendar and lab environments in a high-growth startup environment
Bonus Points
History of contributing to or advocating for open-source projects (Knative, Tekton, OpenStack)
Familiarity with DevContainer standards, CLI tool development, and local-to-cloud development workflows (DevPod)
Experience creating sales enablement materials or supporting DevRel and external marketing efforts
Background at cloud infrastructure or platform companies (Mirantis, Platform9, Datadog, or similar)
