This role is based in Dubai — and it's a big one: Our first Enterprise sales role on the ground in the Middle East, building our go-to-market motion from the ground up. That means real ownership, real impact, and the chance to define what Canva looks like across the region. We trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them to achieve their goals — so you'll have flexibility in how and where you work.

This is a builder role in the truest sense:
First-in-region ownership — you'll define and execute our enterprise GTM across the Middle East from scratch, with no playbook to follow
Complex SaaS + AI sell — multi-stakeholder, transformation-led deals with large, complex organisations that are reimagining how they work
Pre-IPO momentum — high growth, significant equity upside, and a platform with serious global traction
Real impact — land flagship accounts and lay the foundation for how Canva expands across the region

What you'd be doing in this role
As Canva scales, change is part of our DNA — and this role is at the sharp end of that. Here's the flavour of what you'll be working on when you start, though this will likely evolve.
Our Enterprise team in EMEA is made up of experienced Account Executives who are passionate about building relationships with customers who love our product. We work closely with customers to understand their goals and craft tailored solutions — whether that's rolling out Canva across a global workforce, consolidating design and content tools under one platform, or embedding AI-powered workflows into how their teams create and collaborate.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
Building the GTM from the ground up: Define the enterprise sales strategy for the Middle East. Identify the right segments, accounts, and motions — then go build it.
Account Planning: Lead with a data-driven approach to identify and reach high-value prospects. Analyse market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activity.
Managing Pipeline + Revenue Growth: Own pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity in Salesforce — with full visibility and accountability across the region.
Complex enterprise selling: Navigate multi-stakeholder environments, lead transformation-led conversations, and close deals with large, complex organisations. You'll bring structure to ambiguity and guide customers through long, considered buying cycles.
Customer Centric: Use compelling storytelling and vision transfer, presented through a creative lens, to guide customers on a journey that feels personalised and right for them. You'll sell outcomes, not features.
Be a product expert: Exhibit a deep love for Canva's product — including our full AI platform, Magic Studio — and an ability to sell creative solutions that address customers' unique challenges. You'll gather customer feedback and help shape our product direction in the region.
Foster long-term relationships: Recognise the value of building lasting partnerships, both with customers and internal cross-functional teams across Product, Eng, Post-Sales, and Customer Success.
Bring chaos to clarity: Simplify complex situations into crisp, customer-ready stories and materials using Canva's own worksuite — presentations, docs, and more.
You're probably a match if
You've got 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record of closing large, complex deals — ideally with global organisations
You've sold sophisticated SaaS across long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders, with a consistent history of new logo attainment and top performance.
You've built or shaped a GTM in a new market before — you know what it takes to go from zero, and you're energised by it
You're fluent in navigating ambiguity and building structure where there isn't any yet.
You've got a talent for selling at C-suite level and across multiple buying centres within complex organisations.
You've got a track record of leading successful (and complex) negotiations.
You're genuinely excited by the AI and productivity space — and can connect Canva's platform to real business transformation conversations.
You're comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where things move quickly and the opportunity is real.
You've got full UAE work rights.

Our Sales and Success team support Canva Enterprise, with the mission to empower every organisation to design. Canva Enterprise lets organisations consolidate design, content production, and collaboration tools under one secure and centralised account. From whiteboards to docs, to presentations and our AI platform Magic Studio — our team works across all departments, empowering them to create and collaborate at scale.
As our first Enterprise hire in the Middle East, you'll be joining a global team with deep experience and strong momentum. You'll work closely with colleagues across EMEA and beyond, bringing the full force of Canva to the region.
