Hey, hello, hiya, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Job Description

Where and how you can work

Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a hub San Francisco, which is now home to our US operations. We offer flexibility in how and where you work, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

• Leading Canva Print’s marketing strategy across priority markets and channels, ensuring clear priorities, planning rhythms and measurable impact
• Owning Print’s promotional offer strategy and content foundations to drive awareness, adoption and repeat purchase
• Partnering with Product Marketing and Product to deliver high-impact go-to-market launches for new Print products and updates
• Identifying growth opportunities across the full customer journey — from intent to conversion to retention
• Using performance data and insights to optimise results, guide forecasting and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Strengthening marketing foundations, playbooks and ways of working to enable scalable growth

You're probably a match if

You bring 10+ years of experience across marketing strategy, planning and multi-channel execution
• You’ve marketed ecommerce or marketplace-style products (Print or physical product experience is a bonus)
• You’re a high-ownership operator who thrives in ambiguity and delivers outcomes in fast-paced environments
• You’re comfortable leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels
• You’re customer-obsessed, insight-led and passionate about testing and optimisation
• You’re based in Sydney (with flexibility aligned to team needs)

About the team

The Marketing supergroup drives growth and engagement by creating impactful, data-informed marketing strategies that resonate globally. Within this, Canva Print is a major growth driver — blending product, performance and brand to bring designs into the physical world for millions of users.

You’ll collaborate across Lifecycle, Growth Marketing, Content Strategy, Product Marketing and International Marketing, as well as Finance, Data, Operations, Creative, Partnerships, Brand and Community teams to deliver truly integrated programs.
