What you’d be doing in this role
This role will oversee our Outbound Account Executives, driving regional strategy, optimising our go to market motion, and playing a crucial role in increasing Canva adoption across small and medium sized businesses.
You will be responsible for performance management, coaching, pipeline health, methodology excellence (SPICED), and cross functional alignment.
This role plays a central part in shaping the future of Canva’s SMB growth engine in EMEA.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
- Fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Running weekly pipeline reviews, forecast sessions, and 1:1 coaching aligned to SPICED methodology.
- Driving clarity on goals, expectations, inputs, and performance metrics.
- Owning the SMB outbound sales strategy across EMEA, optimising coverage models, ICP targeting, and segmentation.
- Partnering with Marketing, RevOps and Sales Operations to refine targeted campaigns and outreach playbooks.
- Delivering accurate forecasting and operational discipline across the SMB segment.
- Partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Growth to share insights and influence roadmap decisions.
- Aligning with EMEA and global sales leadership to shape territory planning, compensation, and resource allocation.
- Working with Enablement to build ongoing training and methodology-based coaching programs.
- Contributing to the evolution of sales playbooks, messaging, and best practices for SMB outbound.
- Ensuring CRM accuracy and robust reporting in Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach.
You're probably a match if
- You have 8–10 years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 3+ years managing SMB or high velocity sales teams.
- Proven success leading quota carrying teams in a fast paced, outbound driven environment.
- Strong grasp of structured sales methodologies (SPICED preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to build repeatable processes and scale high performing teams.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in pipeline management and forecasting.
- Experience selling or supporting teams across multiple European markets.
- Experience leading distributed or multilingual teams across the EMEA region.
- A background in PLG (Product Led Growth) environments or hybrid self-serve + sales-assisted motion.
- Familiarity with Canva’s ecosystem (Pro, Business, Enterprise) or comparable collaboration/creativity tools.

Canva Enterprise lets organisations consolidate design, content production, and collaboration tools under one secure and centralised account. From whiteboards to docs, to presentations and our AI platform magic Studio, our Sales team work with all departments empowering them to create and collaborate at scale.
