Job Description
What you’ll do (responsibilities)
You’ll act as a strategic bridge between Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams, ensuring all sides are aligned and informed.
You’ll capture and prioritise requirements to shape a clear and achievable roadmap for the delivery team.
You’ll manage stakeholder communications and expectations, fostering transparency and trust in project timelines and scope.
You’ll continually improve operational processes and introduce new tools to boost collaboration and delivery.
You’ll lead cross-functional coordination, ensuring the right people are involved, requirements are clear, and timelines are realistic.

You’ll balance multiple competing priorities, ensuring forward momentum across short-term goals and long-term strategies.
What we're looking for
We’re after a proactive communicator, a thoughtful organiser, and a strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and complexity. You're someone who instinctively connects the dots, spots inefficiencies, and brings structure where it’s needed most. You love working with people from different backgrounds—engineers, marketers, designers, and leaders—and you adapt your communication style to suit every audience. You’re energised by fast-paced environments, complex stakeholder landscapes, and the opportunity to lead programs that have massive reach and real business impact.
Strong communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
Experience with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Canva and Google Suite.
Familiarity with digital marketing goals, metrics, and strategies (e.g. SEO/SEM, CRO).
Strong understanding of web design, UX, and development fundamentals (HTML/CSS knowledge a bonus).
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
