Head of Revenue Operations
Ashby is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to lead GTM strategy, orchestrate systems, and implement processes that power our Go-to-Market organization. This role sits at the center of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success — ensuring alignment, insight, and operational excellence across the full customer lifecycle.
You’ll scale up a RevOps function that acts as a force multiplier — enabling fast growth, high quality decisions, and seamless collaboration across GTM teams. You’ll ensure that forecasts are accurate, processes consistent, and systems are both scalable and simple to use. Based on your experience, you’ll ensure that we’re building the business & systems that allow us to become public-company ready in a few years’ time.
You’ll partner closely with the VP of Marketing, VP of Sales and VP of Customer Success. As a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure that our strategies and operating practices are aligned and that your team is delivering on programs that both improve GTM efficiency.
You will be responsible for scaling the Revenue Operations team from 5 today up to 15 members by the end of next year, delivering results through front-line managers and their respective functional teams. In partnership with Sr. Leadership you’ll define the RevOps organizational structure to maximize impact and team efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Build and execute upon the long-term RevOps strategy that connects data, systems, and processes into a unified GTM engine.
Oversee forecasting for new business, renewals, and churn — ensuring accurate, data-driven decisions.
Define GTM systems architecture and tool administration (HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, Chilli Piper, etc.), ensuring scalability and adoption.
Partner with GTM leadership and Finance on annual planning, quota and incentive design, and operational rhythm.
Lead the GTM Enablement team, including onboarding, skill development, and programs that increase productivity and performance.
Maintain Ashby’s high talent bar while hiring and onboarding managers and individual contributors to the Revenue Operations team.
Drive a culture of analytical rigor, clear metrics, and continuous improvement across the GTM org.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM function, including 5+ years in leadership.
Deep experience supporting SaaS GTM teams through scale ($100M+ ARR).
Proven success driving systems design, process improvement and forecast accuracy
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional partnership skills.
Considerable program management experience, delivering results on complex work through team coordination
Nice to Have
Investment Banking or Strategy Consulting experience
Experience with HubSpot CRM & ecosystem
MBA
This Role Might Not Be for You If
You are uncomfortable rolling up your sleeves and executing. This is not a role for hands-off delegators.
You prefer working independently vs as part of an interdisciplinary team.
You love meetings! We’re a documentation first, async friendly team that values written communication as a core mode of communication. (We’re not anti-meeting but highly value the written word).
