About Us:
Armis is a fast-growing global company dedicated to cybersecurity solutions. We’re looking for a highly motivated Financial Controller to manage and lead our financial operations in Israel. This key role within our finance team offers an opportunity to support our rapid growth while managing critical financial and accounting functions. The Financial Controller will oversee Israel’s financial reporting and operations and will report directly to the Director of Global Accounting.
What you will do:
- Lead the monthly local financial close process, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, including review completion of monthly account reconciliations and journal entries, flux analyses, and other corporate requirements as well as work closely with corporate to ensure timeliness and accuracy for the global close.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations in Israel, working closely with the local staff on payroll and AP processes.
- Manage local cash operations, including cash management, subsidiary funding, and cash reporting.
- Serve as the primary Israel contact for the global financial statement audit and other compliance-related financial reporting.
- Monitor intercompany transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Take ownership of statutory tax returns for Israel and other subsidiaries as necessary, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide support for transfer pricing processes.
- Oversee the administration of the company’s stock option plan.
- Assist with the renewal and management of insurance policies.
- Lead efforts to improve, develop, and document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Streamline and automate processes to meet and exceed close and audit deadlines
- Coach and mentor direct reports
- Contribute to ad hoc accounting projects as needed, including the implementation of financial management systems.
What we expect:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Certification: CPA qualification; Big 4 alumni strongly preferred
- Experience: 10-12 years of experience, with at least 4 years in a publicly traded or global high-tech company, ideally in SaaS.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in US GAAP and strong understanding of financial statement preparation.
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to handle complex data analysis.
- Knowledge of NetSuite is a plus.

- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communicator with excellent English/Hebrew verbal and written skills.
