Armis is on the search for some Junior Marketing team members to join our global experienced team of Marketers in our brand new office in Bucharest!

We’re looking for Junior Marketing team members to join our growing team and support a wide range of marketing initiatives—from digital campaigns and social media to content and partner support.
This is a great opportunity to build real-world experience in a collaborative, creative, and tech-driven environment.
What You'll Do:
Depending on your role and interests, you may:

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, web)

Support content creation, proofreading, and publishing across multiple channels

Help manage our CRM (Marketo) and marketing automation tools

Work closely with senior marketers on campaign reporting and performance analysis

Coordinate with partners, vendors, and internal teams on time-sensitive projects

Contribute to market research and competitor analysis
Who You Are:

Recently graduated or 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—you love keeping things on track

Curious, coachable, and eager to build your marketing skills

Bonus if you’ve worked with tools like Marketo or Salesforce!
