Location: This will be an Office-based role in Bucharest (3 days a week).

You will be a member of our Marketing Centre of Excellence (MCoE) and will report into the Strategic Alliances & Partner
Marketing team. You will have a dotted line to the Director of the Marketing Centre of Excellence (MCoE) from a local line management perspective. Your hard line, strategic line manager will be the Senior Director, Strategic Alliances & Partner Marketing.


The role:

We are seeking an experienced, organized and proactive Senior Marketing Manager for our Marketplace initiatives with Google, Amazon, Crowdstrike, Sentinel One and Fortinet.


This person will ensure our effective engagement with these cloud marketplaces (e.g. Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services). They will own all related administration of these cloud markets from a Marketing perspective. They will ensure we are optimised in our listings, undertaking all necessary and agreed reporting, delivering content in the right format, template, style.

This role is very hands-on and requires strong organizational and strategic skills. Past experience of working with SaaS firms who have listings on Google or Amazon marketplaces is key. You will be driving a series of campaigns to engage Google and AWS sellers, to make them want to sell more Armis offerings thru their marketplace.


Under the direction of the Senior Director for Strategic Alliances and Partner Marketing, you will be liaising with multiple parties about marketplace listings, optimization strategies, partnership
engagements, and much more.


Your role is to actively support and enhance our visibility and performance on the Amazon Marketplace and work towards optimizing our presence on the Google Cloud Marketplace.


What you will do:


Marketplace Management & Optimization:
- Ensure we are fully engaged with AWS Marketplace and work towards being optimized on Google Cloud Marketplace. You will investigate and determine what we need to do about Crowdstrike, Sentinel One and Fortinet related listings.
- Collaborate with the global marketing organization, members of our partner sales organization and related stakeholders.
- Engage with marketplace teams at AWS and Google Cloud to ensure compliance and leverage best practices for visibility and sales.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

Strategic Partnerships:
- Work with the Senior Director of Strategic Alliances & Partner Marketing to develop and execute strategies for marketplace engagement.

- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to manage contracts and budget tracking related to marketplace activities.
- Ensure delivery of marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and other resources to maximize marketplace presence.

Team Coordination:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and fulfilment of marketplace- related projects and workloads.
- Engage with the Program Management Office (PMO) to track progress and report on key initiatives.


What we expect:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in a partner marketing project management role, preferably in the technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS industries.
• Experience in working with cloud marketplaces such as Google and AWS
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
