About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Content Marketing to define and lead our content strategy across digital channels. This leader will drive the vision, creation, and optimization of high-quality content — spanning web, social, blogs, case studies, videos, and more — to increase brand awareness, engagement, and demand. The role partners closely with product marketing, demand generation, field marketing and other teams to ensure messaging resonates with target audiences and supports business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a multi-channel content strategy that amplifies brand voice and drives measurable results.
- Partner on web and social media content strategy to ensure channels are engaging, high-performing, and optimized for conversion.
- Create compelling content across formats that educates, informs, and engages target audiences.
- Partner with product marketing to translate complex offerings into clear, customer-focused narratives.
- Collaborate with demand generation and field marketing to produce content that fuels campaigns, pipeline, and events.
- Establish editorial calendars, processes, and quality standards for consistent, high-impact content.
- Measure and optimize content performance to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Lead and mentor content creators as the team grows, fostering a culture of storytelling excellence.
Must Haves
- 7-10 years of B2B content marketing experience, including digital/web and social channels.
- Expertise in modern content marketing strategies, SEO, and multi-channel distribution.
- Proven success in web content strategy and social media program growth.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editorial skills; ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
Nice to Haves
- Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or related technology industries.
- Familiarity with CMS, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Experience creating content for global or multi-regional audiences.
- Background in journalism, publishing, or editorial leadership.
