  • Monitor metrics, AI performance signals, and employee feedback to iterate and improve People Ops delivery while considering AI advantages
  • Work with Director, People Operations to shape a strategy that promotes growth, innovation, and improvement
  • Partner with internal AI and People Tech teams to build and orchestrate intelligent workflows across systems like Workday, ServiceNow, and Slack
  • Seek and review potential blockers of the various People Operations processes, recommending improvements, automation, and AI where necessary.
  • Design and maintain AI-powered knowledge systems for self-service support, policy access, and onboarding
  • Define how LLMs and agents interact with core People systems and ensure security, compliance, and usability while also considering AI for documentation and inquiry resolution
  • Support HR systems operations, data audits, and compliance workflows
  • Lead policy updates reflecting evolving legal and business requirements

  • Experience applying AI tools to streamline workflows or improve employee support
  • Ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Bard, Glean) to support employee inquiries, draft HR content, or manage documentation
  • Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
  • Ability to demonstrate integrity and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience supporting scaling teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
